Xclusives.in currently ships to Delhi, NCR, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad.
All products are manufactured with care and precision and will be delivered within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation.
Note: While we ensure that your order is delivered on time, unforeseen events sometimes cause a delay. In such a case, we will keep you updated throughout and do our best to delivery quickly.

Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem. All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. However, given the nature of customized products, we are unable to accept cancellations on personalized items after order placement.
Return, exchange & refund
We understand that sometimes things simply don’t work out. At the time of delivery, if you receive a damaged or defective product, Xclusives.in gives you the following options for returning the product:
Rectify/Replace the returned product. Exchange with another product, wherein
if the new product exceeds the order value of the returned product, you will be required to pay the extra amount.
if the order value of the new product is less than that of the returned product, we will refund the extra amount or provide credit, as applicable.
We will honour your request to return a product under the following conditions:
All products must be returned unused with their original price tags and labels.
The original invoice must be presented upon returning the product.
Note:
Customised product purchased from Xclusives.in cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any non-manufacturing defects and damages post receiving delivery will render the product invalid for returns or replacements.
How do i request a return?
You will be informing the representative at the time of delivery with the reason to return and are requested to drop an email to us at hello@xclusives.in within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
When will I receive a replacement?
When a return is accepted, the timeline for the replacement to reach you may vary from product to product. A Xclusives.in representative will keep you informed at all times, and we will make all efforts to make your new product reach you very soon.
